So, the Grounds For Invasion EP is completely done, and has been gigged a couple of times. I’m just waiting to get the finished artwork (which should be today or tomorrow), and it’s off to the printer to get the CDs done up. Can’t wait to start pushing it, I’m really proud of the work myself and Tracy have done on it.
Willow Sea will be playing in Aras na Gael and Citóg, Galway on the 26th and 30th respectively, sharing stages with OD, Fia Rua, The Depravations and Rural Savage. Both gigs are fancy dress, so there’s obviously going to be a lot of drunkenness involved. Alright!
Recordings are pretty much wrapped on the album I’m working on with Seamus Ruttledge and Michel Durham (who also runs the wonderful Durham Voice Studio). It’s all down to me doing a decent arranging and mixing job now. No pressure, like.
